Solid, safe and quiet area that is favoured by European tourists. Smaller, rentable apartments are harder to find in Oranjezicht, so this is quite a rare find, especially with a sizeable private garden area which adds a premium, this though may be offset somewhat by the ground floor positioning, which may affect the maximum rental rate and occupancy.
