Expect solid demand for rentals at decent purchase prices.

Situated on the eastern slopes of Table Mountain, Vredehoek offers sweeping views over the city and harbor, as well as beautiful sunsets above Lion's Head. Offering a more relaxed pace, it is increasingly popular with young professionals and families.

Cape Town CBD

Cape Town’s CBD consists mainly of high-rise apartment buildings that appeal to urbanites and professionals, with short-term or first-time tourists also often staying here. The area attracts slightly lower rental rates in general than the coastal/mountain areas, though buy prices are lower and there is still a solid demand for short-term rentals, meaning solid investment opportunities can be found her.
